Pawsnexus is a veterinary home visit and pet care service provider based in Varthur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We offer in-clinic, at-home, and teleconsultation veterinary services for pets in the Varthur area and surrounding localities.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and book services.
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

• Appointment requests made through the Ask Woofy chatbot are provisional. Confirmation is subject to veterinarian availability and your location being within our service area.

• We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel appointments at our discretion, including for safety or logistical reasons.
• Home visits are subject to availability and are currently limited to areas within approximately 5 km of Varthur, including Varthur, Gunjur, Balagere, Madhuranagar, Muthasandra, Dommasandra, Carmelram, Kodathi Gate, Katriguppe, Nerige, and Nekkundi.

• Consultation fees are as displayed in the chatbot and on our Services page. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional charges may apply for diagnostic tests, medications, or procedures recommended during a consultation.
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

• Teleconsultation services are limited in scope. Our vets may recommend an in-person visit if they are unable to adequately assess your pet remotely.
• Surgeries and advanced procedures are subject to pre-operative assessment and veterinarian recommendation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Pawsnexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
