Sometimes you need quick professional advice without a full visit. Our teleconsultation service connects you with experienced veterinarians for guidance, follow-ups, and non-emergency concerns.
Teleconsultation is for follow-ups, medication questions, behaviour concerns, and non-emergency 'should I worry?' checks. For anything needing hands-on examination, we'll recommend a home visit.
Sessions typically last 15 minutes, on WhatsApp video or a phone call. Photos and short videos of the pet help us assess visible symptoms (limp, discharge, skin issue) better than words alone.
If it turns out you do need a visit, we'll credit the ₹200 toward your consultation fee.
Same-day slots available during 10 AM–8 PM. Teleconsult until 10 PM.
